AC Repair Terms & Conditions

Scope of Service

These terms apply to AC repair, HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and related work performed by Antonias AC Repair. Services may include troubleshooting, part replacement, cleaning, tuning, and performance testing based on site conditions and equipment access.

Appointments and Access

You agree to provide safe access to the indoor and outdoor units, thermostat, electrical panels (when needed), and any attic or crawl space areas required to complete the job. Someone 18+ must be present unless arranged in advance.

Diagnostics, Estimates, and Approvals

Every repair starts with a diagnostic inspection. We will explain the findings and provide a repair estimate when possible. Work that changes the agreed scope requires your approval before proceeding.

Pricing and Payments

Pricing may include a service call fee, labor, parts, and applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned payments and chargebacks may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a trip or service fee, especially for priority or same-day dispatch.

Warranty and Limitations

Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties when applicable. Workmanship coverage, if offered, applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated failures, improper use, lack of maintenance, power issues, or pre-existing equipment defects.

Liability and System Conditions

HVAC systems can have hidden issues such as corrosion, restricted ductwork, or aging components. We are not responsible for failures caused by existing defects, unsafe wiring, water damage, pest damage, or conditions outside our control. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
